The VWC website now has a capability to have members post new discussions (called Threads) or comments/additions to exisitng threads. This capability can be used to post projects, including "crv" files and photographs of projects.
Comments/suggestions for new Discussion Topics and other comments should be directed to woodshop@thevwc.org.
Many VCarve-Pro users don't seem to know where they can set the Rapid Z (ex 0.2) and the Home Z (ex 0.8). Go to the Tool Path Panel on the right side of the screen and click the SET box in the Material Setup section. The open panel looks very similar to the Job Setup panel but has two settings added at the bottom.

To complete Jerry's post: Z1 is the height the tool is raised above Z=0 to move between independent vectors at Rapid Speed G00. Z2 is the height of the tool where the spindle speed is changed to the Plunge rate. Often they are the same height but you can "plunge" at Rapid Speed until you get to height Z2.
