BW - CNC & Laser Equipment Scheduling

This page is for use by the CNC and Laser Operators to reserve time on our Brownwood CNC and Laser equipment, as these are scarce resources. 

VWC Members who have been certified on the BW CNC are permitted to make additions and changes to the BW CNC Equipment  reservation schedule. 

VWC Members who have been certified on our Epilog Laser equipment are permitted to make additions and changes to the BW Laser Equipment reservation schedule.

Please ensure that you select the correct schedule, as indicated by the heading.

Select the "+" icon to add a new equipment reservation. 

Complete the form and then select the "Update" control.  

Note that there is an "edit" pencil icon on each line of the list that permits CNC operators to view details and/or make changes. The Title of the schedule should start with the Project User/CNC Operator Name and then the short title of the project.

It is suggested that the Description field be used to name the Job Sheet that will describe technical operation.

The software is set up to preclude schedule conflicts.  Also, any errors are highlighted by a red error box that describes the erroneous item.
