The Villages Wood Club’s Board of Directors Organizational Meeting

January 9, 2018

at Laurel Manor Recreation Center

The Villages Woodworkers ‘Club Board of Directors 2018 Election of the Chairman of the Board on January 9^th, 2018.

Newly Elected Board of Directors for the term of 2018 to 2021 are Alvin Corenblum, Mike Cromwell and John Scott.

Board Directors in attendance: Conway Williams, John Herega, Sandy Moraco, Harm Borfitz, Bob Bell, Glenn Croteau, Alvin Corenblum, Mike Cromwell and John K. Scott.  

Others in attendance: Bill McGinnis, Outgoing Chairman of the Board, Mike Borfitz, President and Patty Porter, Secretary.

Meeting called to order at 8:25 pm. Quorum established.

Motion to elect John Herega as 2018 Board of Chairman made by Conway Williams and second by Harm Borfitz and approved by all.

Mike Borfitz took pictures of the newly elected board members for the club’s window bulletin board.
